Sayashi Riho interview (excerpt)
--The episode was written by Yamasato-san in the image of Sayashi-san, and the “Riho” depicted in the story is determined, but also clumsy.
Those who know me well will think “That’s Sayashi” because there are many scenes that will remind them of me, so it really felt like it was written for me. But Riho in the story is more sweet, and “happy, happy!” (kyapi-kyapi) than I am, so I thought of myself as a teenager (10-dai, 10-19 to be more precise) when I was playing the part.
--Yamasato finds the meaning of life again when he meets Riho
Riho initially tries to encourage Yamasato, but as she interacts with him, she becomes more aware of things herself. There are however some unexpected developments, and I was surprised, but I think the viewers will be able to understand Riho’s perspective.
Sayashi-san, is there anything you have been dreaming about secretly, recently?
When I have the chance to travel, I often wonder where to travel and what to eat. Right now, I feel like going to Kochi prefecture and eating fresh seafood. (laughs)
